Default local rake-how good/bad is this?

At the local casino, for a 1/2 NL/PLO or 3/6 LHE game, the rake is 10% up to $5. How bad/standard is this?

FWIW, this is at Creek Nation Casino in Tulsa, OK.

Vegas is 10% $4 max at most places, with most of the houses dropping a $1 jackpot as well.

10%-to-$5 was standard at the northern Indiana casinos I visited. 10%-to-$4 is standard at the Missouri-area boats.

My recollection of OK cardrooms is that 10%-to-$4 was standard. But it's been two years since I visited, and those rooms (Miami/Grand Lake area) are in a much lighter population area than Tulsa.

I believe Harrah's in Topeka is 10% to $4 with a $2(!) bad beat jackpot drop (BB requires quads-or-better vs quads in Hold-Em to win).
