Take the free card..BB cold called 3 bets..This is nearly always AK, a med pair TT-QQ or some one thinking he's cute with AA...

As played your flop bet is to weak..I would bet out about $30...

ew i don't like this much -

preflop is chill, i like to check this flop for sure, bb cold calling after raise/call/reraise is typically a hand that just MASHED that flop or isn't really folding to a cbet, and if you are going to cbet make it 28-33ish

BB's cold call is very scary unless he's a total donk, and this is a very bad flop for your hand. I probably would just C/F here, since I think the only hand you're going to push BB off is another AK. If you are going to cbet make it closer to 30-35 or so, 20 here isn't going to work very often at all.
