Default Squeeze play question

If I was going to squeeze in this spot, would I rather have 88, 65s, ATo or Q8o to do it? If I'm not going to squeeze, then the first 2 are usually going to be calls and last 2 folds.

In order.

65s. Plays well postflop and is easier to get away from if things don't go well.
88. It is a good hand to start and has the potential to flop monsters.
Q8. Crappy hand but it is better than AT
AT. Plays like crap OOP and is easily dominated.

I don't like a squeeze here with A10. If you get called you will find it difficult to continue on almost any flop. Realistically you can never end up going to showdown with A10 here if you squeeze, whereas A10 some value as just a call here on the BB. A10 does have some hand equity in a 2-bet pot but very little in a 3-bet pot. Therefore, if you can keep it to a 2 bet pot you actually have reasonable hand equity.
The Hand Equity of 56s changes the least of all these in a 3-bet pot. It doesn't have much value in Hand Equity so folding better hands is quite easy. It has very little Hand Equity either in 2 or 3-bet pots so there is very little difference here in narrowing the opponents ranges. Also, there is the advantage over Q8o that it is more likely to flop disguised gin.
Im meh for squeezing 88. Depends on villain and my image.

AT is the most miserable trap hand in history. If you flop an A you still hate life because you will only get action if you are beat (especially if he calls a 3-bet). If an A doesn't flop, do you continue on the flop with A high. With no A on the flop TT+ is much more comfortable and you will often get raised.

I hate AT OOP. Don't get me wrong, I hate Q8 also but it is easier to get away from post flop.
