My understanding is that 1-2 and 2-5 are the only NL games spread. Is there a max buy-in?

Max buy in is 1/2 200 or 1/2 the big stack.
2/5 is 500 or 1/2 the big stack I would assume.
They regularly try to spread 5/10 and 10/25. I have regularly seen the 5/10 go on weekends. The 10/25 goes occasionally. I don't go during the week so I don't know about special days for the 10/25.

There's an interest list nearly every day for 5-10NL, and the game occasionally goes during the week. The 10-25NL seems like a weekend thing.
