Default Confidence interval on win rate given bb/100 and SD/100

I just started playing LHE and have been running very well over my first 7k hands. I know enough to know that my observed win rate is significantly above my actual win rate.

Given a winrate of 6bb/100 and a SD of 18bb/100 over 7k hands, how confident can I be that my actual win rate is at least 3bb/100?

4bb/100?

Thanks
