Help me buy a new cell phone...

Verizon user, looking to buy a new cell phone this week.

Does anyone use the Treo 700p or 700w? Would you reccomend either? How about the XV6700?

How do these compare to the new Blackberries available for Verizon?

Most importantly I need convenient e-mail access. Wireless internet and messenging are also important, but secondary to fast and reliable e-mail access.

i can't offer comparisons cuz i've only had the 700w, but it sucks hard.
when its working its great, but it freezes ALL the time and is incredibly frustrating.
i've had to send 2 of em back already.

i have the 700wx for sprint...

the 700w is slower because it has less program memory. The key with that phone is to have a utility that can help close programs, because when you exit a program, it still runs in the background. resetting your phone often is useful as well.

I've also heard very good things about the Moto Q.
