I have folded overpairs at 10nl. So your quote is inaccurate.

point is the quality of play generally at the nl10 level is fairly poor. In the sense that most don't "put anyone on anything"(cliche 'they play the cards not the people'), most don't know what the fold button is, etc.

not to say there aren't people like this in higher limits, just saying..the consensus is basically that most nl10 players are terrible.
