Need help from a 2+2er in Europe.....

I apologize if this is the wrong forum or a request like this is verboten.......I have like $180 left on neteller would it be too much trouble to ask to x-fer it to someone via neteller and then have them x-fer it to me on FT, Stars, or UB? Would $20 be a fair handling fee???? It's not enough money for me to get too worked up about but I don't want too just leave it in there or wait 4-6 weeks to get it from neteller. Again I apologize if this has been brought up before but there are so many neteller theads I hadn't seen this addressed. Also if anyone thinks this is a REALLY BAD idea let me know. Thanks!
