Default Difference in stars cashout and creditback?

I just cashed out 1000.00 from stars and it was broken down into 2 transactions....one for creditback in the amount of 843.00 and one labeled cashout for 157.00? The creditback hit neteller instantly and I have yet to see the other.......how long is that process usually?

Up to 72 hours, but it'll probably go through at 7pm EST today with the next NETeller batch.

Creditbacks are effectively cancellations of your original deposit, which is why they're instant. Anything above that amount has to go to security for review, and is called a cashout.
