Default 100NL Blind line check

just wondering what the proper line is in these types situation:

villain is 45/1 AF 2.6 over 55 hands

I can't raise the turn (baluga therom) so do I lead the river or try to c/r against a semi aggr opponent?

SB: $56.30
Hero (BB): $100.00
UTG: $121.85
CO: $94.75
BTN: $91.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, BTN calls $1.00, SB folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($2.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $3.00, Hero calls $3.00

Turn: ($8.50) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $9.00, Hero calls $9.00

I probably go for the c/r on the turn. As played I b/f river for like 18-ish

Curious why you can't raise turn?

I don't think a 45/1 subscribes to baluga theorem. I lead or c/r the turn.

I lead turn. Lead river as played because he's checking behind Kx a ton. Fish don't know how to valuebet.

put more money in on turn, yes you validate the Baluga Theorem, but most people pay it off

cr is good if villain often double barrels or aggro in general
