Anyone have problems w/ Pokershare?

I hit my 3,000 raked hands over the weekend and sent an e-mail requesting my $300 first deposit bonus. I received a reply from CS that they were having technical issues that would be cleared up within 24 hours and I was asked to resend my request.

So I resent, and I have now resent again and I have not received any response at all. Has anyone else done the bonus, and did you have problems getting it credited?

IIRC there is a no download flash version coming to pokershare and again, IIRC it should start at the first of December. So all this fuss can be about that, let's hope so.

I had to send a couple of emails to get my bonus credited - they said they had some software issue stopping them from seeing the player's hand count, and asked me to send a screenshot showing the number in the software. it was credited soon after i did that.

i'm also having issues getting my cash out, no response to first withdrawl request, just tried again yesterday. i've never had too much trouble with prima skins before though, i'm pretty confident i'll get my money eventually, but they seem pretty slack in general.

I just sent another request for the bonus and attached a screenshot this time. Maybe that will yield some results. Some seriously sh*tty customer service...

Having a similar problem with casino share. I suspect the network is going through some trouble, but I don't really expect it to be a problem.
