Please CALL them.

They have the best phone support in the business & it's toll free, so I recommend calling them instead of sending emails.
And Bodog is not going to stiff you, you'll get your money, be patient it takes a couple days.

Just got off the phone with Bodog CS. He said that there is a slight delay in WU payout processing and that my payout would clear in the next two days(requested payout date Jan19th). He also said that future payouts can be made through check by courier, with faster processing time of 2-4 business days, and if they are >$2K the courier fee will be waived.

i requested my payout via WU on the 19th and still haven't received any info. it looks like bodog might be planning on holding onto some of our money. anyone else had any success??

my check for 10k was issued today.

call them. they are not trying to stiff us, nor does it 'appear that way'.

My trip report so far:

I requested a check for 2.5k by courier the day the option became available, today they sent me my fed-ex tracking number and it says it will be delivered before 10:30am tomorrow. I have been very impressed with the way bodog has handled this situation.

I will update after I have deposited the check.

Same story...I talked to Bodog support 2 days ago and requested check by courier. Just got my fedex tracking number as well, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow morning. YEAH!

For what it's worth, I just called CS and requested a payout of $700. I had $860 in my account but decided to keep $160 in there to feed my occasional jones as this is the only place I still currently have money.

CS was very courteous and seeing that I funded my account via Neteller they offered to courier me a check. I asked about the $20 fee for having it couriered if the check was less than $2000 and he kindly said that they would waive that fee in lieu of all the goings on.

I do already see the message regarding the withdrawal request in my account. He did tell me that because of the number of requests that it would probably take closer to 5-7 working days but that I would be receiving a FedEx tracking number in the next 24 hours or so.

I think they are handling this the best they can and I think they are doing a pretty good job of it. Hopefully there are no hiccups from this point forward.

And my check just arrived via Fed Ex, drawn in US dollars from the Bank of Montreal (New York Branch). Looks extremely solid, no mention of Bodog anywhere. Off to the bank to deposit [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
