My high school newsletter had higher reporting standards than USAToday.

This is a non-event.

WTF do USA Today's standards have to do with this? THEY QUOTED AN FBI AGENT. Are you telling me this is not significant news, particularly to those of us with substantial funds stuck in Neteller?

But when will they start blaming themselves? I just can't believe the trust these folks have shown in unregulated offshore question marks.

what would be considered a taxable ammount? Is it different for each state in the US? my ammount were mostly small 300 500 stuff like that
