UTG: $44.70
Hero: $97.60
CO: $84.95
Button: $143.20
SB: $62.75
BB: $100

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG calls, Hero raises to $5, CO folds, Button calls, 3 folds.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($12.5, 2 players)
Hero bets $8, Button raises to $28, Hero

Villan is at 32/24/7

Call the flop or fold an re-evaluate on the turn?

meh i hate this spot. i usually end up calling and donking the turn for 2/3ish.

interested to hear other lines here.

I dont know if i like this. In this situation i like to decided what i am going to do on the flop. If something like a T,Q or J rolls of i dont know what to do so i like to decide if i will fold/3 ball now. Against this guy i would prolly push........

I am not saying that calling isnt the right thing to do (espcially if you have a plan for the rest of the hand), but since i play bad i like to make my decisons easier

Of the hands that beat you, you only have to worry about KJ or 77. Based on this guy's stats, he'd probably have reraised preflop with KK or JJ (or another AK), and the other 2pair possibilities are unlikely. This seems like a flop where many players would slowplay a set, so I wouldn't be at all surprised to see KQ or AJ or even TT. I say c/r the turn.

I check-raised all in when a blank fell on the turn, he had pocket Jacks.
