Default Caught straight on river vs. moron. VB sizing? NL100

Villain is 65/21/1.5/100, Obviously quite bad but I've sat just recently. He's running well, 3.5 buy-ins at table.

Hero($135) is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

UTG calls, +1 folds, +1 folds, BTN(villain) raises to $3.5, SB calls, BB(hero calls), UTG calls.

Flop($14): K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
SB checks, Hero checks, BB checks, villain bets $8.5, SB folds, Hero raises to $27.5, BB folds, villain calls.

Turn($69): 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero checks, BTN checks.

River($69): 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero...?

I was hoping to just take it down on the flop and once he called I didn't lead turn because I didn't really see him folding if he'd caught even a small piece of the flop. Hero has $105 behind on river - how best to extract?
