Default $33 lvl 1, non-standard line

I'm not sure why I played the hand the way I did (checking turn). I guess I was going for pot control, realized his min bet is super weak and got in a nice CR. Riv I checked for pot control as well, also not sure where I was at in the hand.

This line seems fine. You could also lead the turn like you said but checking for pot control is fine imo. River is a def c/c with second pair pairing the board.

350 on turn if I pot flop and get called you mean? Sorry for the results, just trying to show that my line was effective and I got the CR in when ahead and c/c when behind.

If he is dominating you on the flop he must have a set or QQ, KK, AA. Biger pairs he would have raised preflop, so i think you are ahead. If you bet flop potsize chances are good he is folding and i'm satisfied with the pot. This gaybet (30) on turn looks like a weak blockbet, thats why i meant 350 on turn.

ah ok. 350 seems a little big tho, I don't think I get called by weaker hands. Also, it's early and I'm trying to control the size of the pot and not get all in on the 2nd hand.
