This is really ridiculous. I love playoff hockey SO much. The whistles go away, the players are dying, but they'll do anything to win!

Note to Gary B: DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING IN A SHOOTOUT IN THE PLAYOFFS!

these VS guys are awful...

Only thing I liked was when the color guy said it looked like Sedin was having a yard sale when he lost his helmet, glove, and stick. Their commentary is so dull.

I agree it's a bit on the dull side and that would be my top criticism.
Some of the saves are pretty exciting and he's really not giving it the proper emphasis.
I think I'll take this over the over-the-top enthusiasm of Gary Thorne though but it's kind of close.

both teams look very tired mentally and physically. Do not think it will last much longer.

I got chills hearing Thorne doing the Frozen Four last week. I forgot how awesome it was watching this on ESPN instead of this ghost channel.

Jim Hughson (the CBC colour commentator) is all sorts of amazing. Even after 4 OTs, he's still calling the game with so much enthusiasm.
