I would just call. Since he is a half stack he might not be so good so maybe you could consider reraising, but definitly not a push (you asked if you should move in). How could he possibly call a push with anything you beat? Or are you thinking this might give you enough equity since he will not have a flush often enough and will fold a King often enough? That seems like a pretty extreme conclusion that I would not be comftorable making. Maybe he has 2pair and will call a raise but in this spot I would just call his minraise ....
