Default Call me Mr Fancypants

Vs. a solid TAG in the game who knows who I am and respects my play and vice versa. Think he is 16/12/2. He is a real showdown bound player who rarely bet folds the river with a made hand that hes value betting.

I'm also interested in frequencies for a turn bet/turn check. Also, if turn goes check call, should I be calling complete river blank? If I hit an offsuit K or T I'd definitely be calling which makes me think calling river with King high wouldn't be that far off from pairing up.
