Just imported 20k hands. Lots of errors mostly the sngs.

But the app is working sweet.

I haven't tried to import live yet.

Thanks for the info - So were you able to create the database and then still have import problems? And then, adding the role fixed it? Or did you have to add the role to even create the database and then after that everything worked?

The import errors will be fixed - right now any hand where a player in the blinds gets put all-in from a blind ost will come back as an error which explains why there is a fairly high number in your SNG import. There are a few other import issues but that is probably the main one in your case.

Thanks,

rvg

My postgres db didnt have the role youuse for the table creation. So after installing the app, it looks for the db, when it doesnt find it, it attempts to create the db. But it errors when it cant find the role. Although I have the string in the config file tellijng to use the role I have in my db.

So the db gets created but with no tables, thus I think the import doesnt work.

To fix the problem, first I created the role postgres/postgrespas and then deleted the Holdem manager db with no tables. Reopened the program it creates a new one and everything worked fine.

I hope this instructions helped.

Hey

You said about wanting HH from party in a different currency. They dont exist. My account is in £ but all my HH are in $ since you money is converted into $ when you sit at a table and then back to you original currency when you leave

Also on vista 64bit atm. Seems to be working fine

Not yet - it is being stored though just haven't enabled the option.

ok thanks - they started adding "USD" a while back so just wanted to make sure that there were no other currencies in the HH's at this point.

Yes it did and I will be adding it to the postgres FAQ. I'm pretty sure this is a different issue than what most people with the 0 imported hands problem have.

Got it, thanks. Will be taking a look tonight when I get home. Should be an easy fix.

cool no real biggie would just be nice if i can take my PO database and take it straight to HM cause i know i'll have all my hands then and can get some good stats from your program!

(especially when i get to add my PKR hhs when you get around to that

I see the XML files are very standardized. They look very pretty.

What have you done with players sitting out - they are not mentioned at all?

What have you done with players who sit out, disconnect in the middle of the hand - they fold?

What have you done with rebuys and other non-standard events - they aren't mentioned?

----

I think I got all three above correct, and I think that is awesome! But can you please confirm if my "assumptions" above are correct or if they aren't, tell me where I'm wrong!

Big thanks!

will i be able to jump in to reports/hand lists in holdem manager from the hud? like, show me hands we're this player c/r the flop and it was showndown but without having to look the player up in holdem manager then find that filter, etc. just have a link from the hud to various filtered hand lists for players.

does that make sense?
