Thoughts on NYX? Is it the time to buy?

I just was debating opening a position in NYX (NYSE Euronext), as financials are making a comeback late this year. It's been hammered so hard that I think it's a steal at around 84, it's down like 25% this year. Anybody else buying?

NYX is not down for no reason at all. Understand that the changes brought on by the internet revolution are impacting the brand of the NYX. Having said that I do think there is some value here. But you better work your way into the position gradually. I would say buy in pieces over the next 6 months. Don't be in a hurry to put it all in in one big chunk. By dollar cost averaging you give yourself piece of mind, and give the trade a better chance of working. You buy today, and it goes down 10 bucks. You'll actually be happy because you know you will be able to buy more at cheaper prices, getting a better average price. If you put it all on at once, and it drops 10 you will be feeling like [censored], and will be tempted to sell the stock as soon as you get your money back. Please take this advice. It is the single most important advice when it comes to investing. If you do this with NYX over the next 6 months I think you will do well on this one.
