Default Very Weak TPTK

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($108.05)
BB ($135)
UTG ($94)
Hero ($103)
CO ($97.60)
Button ($44.90)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $4, CO calls $4, 3 folds.

Flop: ($9.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $8, CO calls $8.

Turn: ($25.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero. . .

Villain here is a decent TAG, though probably a little too passive postflop. He's around 20/14/1.8 over a few hundred hands. No particular history between us.

My image is similar, though a little more aggressive, something like 21/17/3. I double barrel bluff a fair amount in general, but I don't think I've had anything picked off yet this session.

I know this is a pretty common spot and there is probably a standard play here that doesn't need to be messed with or discussed, but I was pretty unsure of what to do. c/c turn and then just hope the river goes check check? Bet again?

I'm gonna bet out half the pot and fold to a raise. We are way ahead or way behind. I dont want to give a free card with a drawy board.

yes, that was my intention, sorry. Pair of 8's could barely be good, or we're screwed.
