[ QUOTE ]
And after PNL, he and Bill have a tough act to follow. [/ QUOTE ] so true. I wonder what else they can bring to the table? especially after PNLH vol 2 is released. Should be interesting to say the least, but looking forward to the lot |

Re: Dan Harringtons new book
Well, I'm sure he'll lay out "his style," much like Doyle did in S/S and Phil Gordon did in LGB.
But because Dan & Bill are so methodical, they'll lay it all out in detail, all the ifs, ands & buts. Play on later streets, deep stack, short stack, FR, short handed - All the adjustments that you need to make and when to make them. |

Re: Dan Harringtons new book
Obviously Harrington is a good tournament player, but does anyone know anything about his cash game experience/results? I'm looking forward to it at any rate, I love his writing style and workbook problems.

Re: Dan Harringtons new book
He used to play fixed limit cash games, but stopped after tournament success (that's what somebody wrote, anyway), but it seems not much (if any) no limit cash games.

Re: Dan Harringtons new book
Actually, I believe he traveled to the tournies solely to play the cash games until the tourney scene filled up with so many donks. I think a lot of the older pro's went this route.
In any case, really looking forward to this book also. |

Re: Dan Harringtons new book
I'm not sure there's a type of poker that Dan Harrington couldn't write a great book about...
