I am having the same problem with a cashout from FTP to Neteller. Normally done within the day, 4 days, still saying processing and had no response from my email asking what is going on.

Hey guys,

We are having technical issues that have affected our withdrawal and email response times.

Our IT team is working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues and hopefully we'll be back to normal processing times shortly.

I don't have any details at the moment other than the issues have caused a delay in our cashouts as well as email responses. I'll let you know if I find out anything more.

Sean

I requested an epass withdrawal a little after midnight EST on Friday (the 7th), it finally completed at 1:00am today (11th), so it took about 97 hours, which is pretty annoying but that might give you an idea of what kind of timeframe you are looking at.

I have only been waiting for roughly 24 hours, but the other day I sent out 5 emails in mass each time to support, cashier and accounting. I did finally get the answer that I was looking for, but it took some time to get it.

Here's hoping that FTPSean can get this back going ASAP!

Default fulltilt responds finally

Nothing more than what sean told us but here it is anyways.

Hello Michael,

Thank for for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support, and please accept our
apologies for the delay in responding to your email.

We are currently receiving a much-higher-than-normal volume of
withdrawal requests; as a result, we are not able to process withdrawals
at our normal service levels.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and fully anticipate to
return to our regular processing times of 24-48 hours as soon as
possible.

We value your business and appreciate your continued patience.

Regards,

Joel
