Default nl100, crappy blind battle spot

I messed this one up. I have no real read on villain (runs 45/25 over 31 hands FWIW).

Just calling from the SB with a pair, meh, I don't like it. Most of the time BB folds to a raise, and if you see a flop you have a decent chance to take it down with a cbet, and there is always a chance to flop a big hand vs. a good hand in the BB. Definitely +EV.

Regarding the hand, I was planning on a checkraise, but his flop bet is so strong, I doubt I have much fold equity here?

yea i guess i should believe it is +EV since literally every single good player says it...but it is just something I will never be convinced of...taking his blind down does absolutely nothing...and more often then not you end up playing a big pot oop since the BB never gives you credit

anyway yea his flop bet is really strong but it could easily be big cards and hes just figuring you didnt hit..you still got 10 outs and enough FE to raise here i believe

I would throw a raise at him, you have plenty of outs.

Shove that sheotttt. His raise 'looks' strong because he wants you to fold. You are 10 outed against AA.

I don't know, how much FE do we really have in a bvb battle? I'd rather b3b than c/r.
