I folded something I normally never do
Villain is a decent TAG who plays something like 21/17 and I'm playing TAG. Villain almost timed out before pushing and to me it seems like he did everything to make his hand look very weak, i.e. he timed out and pushed instead of 4-betting smaller. It kinda smelled AA or KK and therefore I folded. At that moment I felt good about it, but afterwards I fell like "wtf don't thrust your feelings, you made a squeeze and he could be shoving with AQ or whatever... god damn get it in!". What do you think about it? Thrust your feelings or get it in wtf?

Mhe, I will squeeze frequently in this spot, so it would fell kinda weird to fold one of your best hand against resistance... even though the "read" or I dunno maybe I should thrust it.

i trust my feelings but your logic is right, if he insta shoved that would make me more likely to fold

i call in this spot like 100% of the time. a large portion of the time, i see kk or aa. so what do i know.

As button I've shoved suited aces, KQ/KJ, any pair, and all sorts of crap a lot when I feel like I'm likely being squeezed. Now I'm more aggressive than villain in all likelihood, but any decent tag is not going to roll over in this spot, and will shove a lot of hands we beat. Folding is absolutely criminal here, imo.
