Why cant women say no
So there's this girl I knew a while back, pulled after a fairly alcoholic night out, took her back to my room in college. We started watching a DVD, then I remembered that I had already bought my buyin to a $100 MTT so I got up, switched the DVD off, and helped her up and showed her out of the college grounds (it was a bit of a labyrinth) -and I was chasing after another girl anyway. Anyway I apologised, but we didnt really speak after that.
Anyway so fast forward to now. She sent me a text out of nowhere a while back saying she was going travelling etc. So I texted her the other day: RR: Hey, hows it going? long time no see Girl: Hey! had such an amazing time travelling, feels real strange being back here! I'm in town next weekend house hunting, going to be rather hectic. How are you doing? x RR: Cool, glad you had a wicked time. Six months of sun and sand and now six month of double entry book keeping [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] [she's going to be an accountant heh] Girl: thanks for rubbing it in! hows your job going? RR: Surprisingly I actually love my job, more than I should. Anyway if you're down this weekend we should grab a beer and catch up, thats if your house hunting schedule permits it of course! <weekend passes> <thursday 11pm> Girl: Hey, house hunting was hectic, lots of maybe's but nothing definite yet! WTF? I felt like texting back "Ke4+" OOT, why cant women just say 'no thanks' ?

I would have when texting the 2nd time except that I was at work (I work in an investment bank so long hours) and couldnt really do it at the time. There's no way I'm going to reward her lameness by calling her now.

It looks like she's social but not interested. Maybe she thinks you'll take the hint.
I think every guy has experienced a girl that's like that. I'd just get bored and move on pretty quick (a.k.a. I'm done talking to this broad).
