About every 100 sets.
Basically, it happens so rarely that you should NEVER fold a set in a raised pot, in fear of a higher one. |

I think the odds are ((13/221) * 0,12) * ((12/221) * 0,12) that you both flop a set , half of the time his set is higher so the chances are 0,0023 % , every 40000 hands
