Default Can a fold bottom set on flop here?

Villian seemed to be a decent multitabler, hasn't done anything out of line yet and this is the first hand we have played.

He has a straight a lot of the time here limping in an unraised pot from the SB right?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

SB ($110.58)
Hero ($99)
UTG ($32.15)
MP ($214.94)
CO ($102.18)
Button ($171.18)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $1, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($3) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $3</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $9</font>, UTG folds, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $27</font>, Hero ?

I think he has 54 or 43 enough times for this to be okay.. I'm pretty much never folding. Even if he does have a straight (lol?) we have plenty of outs to fill up.

What's the preferred method of stacking off here?

He's not 3-bet/folding, I'd just shove now prob.
