Default NL50 - Check-raise river bluff

The opponent is mostly unknown. Do you like this play at all? How do you determine whether to do this moves or not? I need to win this pot (7/(7 + 4.5) =) 61% of the time and my opponent need to win (1/(11.5/5 + 1) =) 30% of the time to have a correct call. So basically this is correct only against on a particular situations and against tight players only? What kind of hands would you call against that kind of move without reads?

Ongame converter
SB ($38.05)
Hero ($67.90)

ANTES/BLINDS
SB posts blind ($0.25), Hero posts blind ($0.50).

PRE-FLOP : Hero has K 4
SB calls $0.25, Hero checks.

FLOP: 4 5 6
Hero checks, SB bets $1, Hero calls $1.

TURN: 7
Hero checks, SB checks.

RIVER: Q
Hero checks, SB bets $2, Hero bets $7, SB calls $5.

I dunno, if I was SB, I definitely am not calling the river raise without a hand that beats bottom pair. I would just call the river here.

I'm quite sure calling is usually not correct here because opponent is valuebetting very often in this situation.

BTW that flop call is not a standard for me. I tried something new, usually I'd just lead with bottom pair with no additional outs.

You're betting $7 in a pot that contain 1 + 2+ 2 = 5
So your bluff needs to be successful 7/12 = 58.33%

I think this is a nice spot to try the check-raise otr . The turn was checked which could mean many things and no player has shown much pre-flop strength .
