(EDIT) Misread it %() thought first raiser was allin for 1.6k... with nice odds (2.7-1) i might call here and hope UTG doesn't have a monster and is happy to cooperate the short stack out. Since you got him covered, he shouldn't be fooling around without the nearnuts

Second is close, but I'd fold since it depends on reads pretty much. If MP1 knows what he is doing, you might be ahead of his range. It looks like an isoshove to me, isolating the pretty desperate UTG+1. But you're not far enough ahead to risk nearly half your stack. I'd need at least JJ or QQ here.

my 2 cents

Hand one is very read dependant on UTG opening range, if he's loose, I don't mind a raise here, UTG is becoming more popular to steal from. without reads, I like your play.

Hand 2 has too many hands (&chips) yet to act, fold.

I know it's totally against the general advice but I kind've like a call in hand 1. Pot odds are rather tempting, we're not going to win UI very often even if we force UTG out & we're not going to force UTG off anything that is likely to beat us even if we hit a pair. And we're likely to see free cards because people don't bet without the nuts (issssh). So I don't mind him staying in the hand & seeing a flop with excellent odds, whilst pushing would give us fairly bad odds if called. Might be overthinking it though & it might just be push/fold anyway..
I think I like the fold in hand 2

If you call, what will you do if UTG pushes behind you - which is somehow likely here.

I think both folds were right.
