villian is solid tag. i think i should 3 bet ,,, this is most likely a ten, but i always get antsy when there is any draw

If he's a solid TAG, I don't know if this is a 10. I probably just b/3b AI here (he has $40 behind).

Either put him all-in now or minraise and snapcall an induced shove from him on flop or shove turn if he calls.

no, it doesnt.

1. calling the flop gives villain a free shot at his draw

2. by cheking the turn you give villain the chance to check behind and destroy your equity on the river, effectively giving him two free cards to outdraw you on a two flush board

3. any hand which villain bets on the turn is likely to be ahead of us, and if not you give him a cheap way to get away from the hand whereas we have a lot better chance of committing him with something speculative like a FD or two pair right here on the flop.
