Some of the "Big" instructors team up with fitness people, some companies offer it (Titleist has My Performance institute, its like $5000 for 2 days, but worth it, they do fitting and other stuff there too). You may even want to check your doctor, there is a guy in my area that does sports medicine/rehab and he has a program that is golf specific for strength training and flexibility.

The Golf Channel usually has a fitness segment a few nights a week. I don't know the exact schedule but it's a 1/2 hour program and I think I remember it being on Monday night.

I had a golf-specific trainer I used to go to every 2 months when I lived in Chicago. She evaluated my body and golf swing and then gave me an exercise program to do on my own. Every 2 months she gave me a deep tissue massage for my back, shoulders, neck, stomach, and hips.

I moved to TX so now I only see her when I go back home for holidays, but I still do all the exercises at home.

If you go to titleist performance institute as tobdog suggested there is a link to find a doctor near you that they approve to help with golf specific workouts.

Also Roger Frederick has a dvd set that works with flexibility that I have and it's great. Also helps you realize what muscles are all used in the golf swing that you can find different workouts for. Roger Fredericks website

I highly, highly recommend Body Balance for Performance, a company owned by Philly local David Ostrow. I'm not pimping this cause I'm David's friend, but I also participated in the program as a junior. It helped improve my core strength and flexibility leaps and bounds.

The program integrates your swing training with your strength training, as Body Balance trainers communicate with your swing coach to help identify weaknessess. It was ridiculously awesome for my game.
