Help with valuation?

I am working harder to take chances on middles. I needed to clear my last few hundred at a book and took:

OSUvMICH

o40 -109
u41 -105

So I payed just under 7 pct for this play. I know this isn't a huge value, but it seems like this should be around a 10 pct play...or am I off?
