Flopping trips from the BB with nothing else in loose limit games

This is a situation I always seem to find myself in .25-.50 and .50-1 limit. I am in the big blind with some random trashy hand like 10106Q or 88XX, almost everyone limps in and I check from the BB. I flop trips with nothing else and there is a flush and low draw out there. When I lead out I usually get a lot of callers and if I don't fill up I end up with half the pot if I am lucky. Then I try check raising but results are similar. What strategy would you guys suggest? What are my odds of filling up? I am just a beginner at omaha and would appreciate your help/ advice.

Try to keep the pot small, by check-calling. Off the top of my head, I believe you fill up somewhere around 30-35% by the river? Someone I'm sure will chime in with a more exact figure.
