Re: how do they do it
Looks like the hands I played last month on UB (-300bb). One session I lost with 3 FH to runner runner and 3 A high flushes. Also lost 5 times with trips to runner boats or flushes.
Also remember going 0/7 with AA, AK, KK, etc.... sometimes this game is can be a joke...or seem like a bad dream.

i usually check raise that flop, but i doubt it is much more +ev (if any) than donking. a flop donk often folds out both players, and a check raise never wins the pot on the flop and can only cost more than donking. i'm sure that me donking that flop 1 out of 5 has little to no effect on my winrate. ty though.
