Need some good advice! Just went from 500$ to 10k and back to 80$!

You're not going to get many serious answers in BBV. You should only post here if you want to be assaulted.

That said, you just need to control your tilt. You put in many hours over a few weeks to grow you bankroll, then blew all of it in three hours. I don't know how you'd do this at 30/60 unless you were totally insane and capping every street, so I assume you moved up even higher.

Set rules for yourself, like "I need at least 20 buyins to play in a game. If I lose 3 buyins in a session, I will take at least an hour break and move down in stakes if I don't have the minimum buyin requirement for my previous stakes"

When you follow these rules, you allow your skill to dictate your long-run success and a few bad run of cards can't destroy your bankroll.

This really isn't the place to post this. Serious advice: You need to play with 500BB for each level. Start posting in small stakes limit hold'em on this site, learn, and play 3/6 - 5/10.

yes yes, Pacific & crazy runs + juicy games and add some hyperdoomswitch to the mix on the following week... been there, done that. I advise you to quit poker for a while or you will just be donating/steaming/chasing even more money away. take some time off, maybe browse some HH´s to get your game back on track and don´t deposit until you are sure, that you are back on your A game

U are really right about needing to control my tilt. When I get a lot of bad beat in a sassion, I break my own rules! That is scary.

I don't normally post here or anywhere, this is my 2 time ever posting. And I think that 2+2 can't be a bit hard to find the right place to post or find advice. Meybe I'm just not use to it yet...
