[ QUOTE ]
Is it safe to have funds on Party at the mo? Would they be able to take money from my account?

[/ QUOTE ]

I may remove mine anyway. Just emailed them telling them I will be withdrawing from their site unless they start treating affiliates better (told them I am not one), and that if they think this will save them money in the long run then they are mistaken.

I closed my old Party account under my name and opened up a new account under one of my family member's name for the unmentionable.

Should I be worried about possible closure of my current account, or am I safe (theoretically)?

Anyone think this has anything to do with their new "Internal Rakeback \ Rewards \ VIP" program? Get rid of the affiliates etc..

Makes sense, mansion is doing the same thing.

Party has a history of getting rid of affiliates (See empire poker)

I was told from a couple affiliates their managers told them they will be going back up to last september. So anyone who closed their account, re-opened a new one, that affiliate will not only not get paid May's MGR \ CPA, they will OWE MONEY for those players for all those months they played and should not have gotten paid.

I can see some unhappy affiliates from all of this. Imagine party poker saying, no I think you owe us $50,000 instead of getting paid $10,000.

[/ QUOTE ]

I can tell you this. My friend who is an affiliate and other affiliates are starting to report negative balances.
So,,,,, the sh*t has hit the fan. My money is being moved
off party. Its just too scary.

[censored] [censored] [censored].. I was just about to close my current PP account and re-open for the unmentionable.. Maybe it would be worth waiting a few months to see what happens?.. I could open an account under a family members name- but by the looks of things- it may still be a problem..?
I knew this was going to be too good to be true.. Unmentionable + new points system..

This is so sick.. now i have no idea where to move to and using what. Canadian EFTs were great since NETeller stopped doing business with Canadians. Not all sites support them though, jesus christ.

I have the same [censored] problem. My account got frozen and I have 6k in there... Wrote a lot of emails to party and no response yet, tried calling them and that didn't work either... I didn't do anything wrong, they can't hold our $ like that.

I was looking at my fake share portfolio on google this morning and WOW i was pretty suprised at the performance of my partygaming shares. I was a little suprised as I didnt see any media anouncements by party or anything like that. And then i logged into my email adrress and started reading an email from my affiliate.

Look at this share price

http://finance.google.com/finance?q=LON:PRTY

So party gets to keep all the money they owe their affiliates AND their share price gets a substantial boost.... ITS A DOUBLE WIN .....

SAD
