Default Cash Games & Tournaments in Euros instead of Dollars?

Dear players,

We, as a punctual association of players, are currently undertaking a poll among players to find out if you would be favourable or against cash games played in Euros instead of Dollars on Ongame network.

You might all be aware of the current depreciation of the US Dollar which seems to be bound to further weakening versus the Euro on the long run. Since cash games are played in USD our real revenue from our poker activity in terms of purchasing power is declining as well. Moreover, the core of the players on Ongame are Europeans as Americans are banned since last year; indeed the American congress passed a bill prohibiting online gambling and Bush signed it.

Should you turn out favorable to Euro denominated cash games and tournaments we invite you to support the movement. To do so please write your complete name to investment@vfemail.net which will be added to the list of supporters in the letter later sent to Ongame. You can also send your nickname if you are an Ongame player. This letter is a bid to convince the company's managers of the benefits to switch to Euro denominated games and, that a majority of players support it. You will be sent a copy of this letter upon request.

We count on your support for the benefits of all!

Regards,

Dandi.

euro, as long as the rake is capped at 2 EUR or 2.25 or something, or use the same system as iPoker, where games are in USD, but your account is in EUR, and the same exchange rate is used both ways for taking money to/from tables.
