call and play back on flop seems like the best the options in your poll. unsure if its better than folding though. AT sucks, even though its sooted.
4-betting in this spot works if villain is of the sort to pull back a bit when he encounters something strange, and will probably read it for strength. If he's stubbornly overaggro and will just shove anything, then dont do that. Obv if you 4-bet either way, you need to fold to a shove. |

in terms of showing strength:
shove > call and showing strength on flop > 4betting as for which i'd do, i wouldn't call pf, but given you have, i'd probs shove for meta. |
