Chris Bell & Michael Gracz Charged in Poker Bust in NC

A petition was filed with the NC Supreme Court for review in the Durham case.
The only person from Nevada listed was John Jackson.
All the charges filed so far are misdemeanors, the greatest risk for Chris and the others would be having the Feds get involved (See Michael Vick) or either State or Federal tax folks. A former political bigwig was nailed by the Feds for placing illegal video poker machines.
The game was very well known around NC, so well known that I declined several invites to attend the bigger tournaments. The other types of gaming tables could pique the interest of the Feds in the operation which would not be good.
