Normal variance ... made worse by sleep deprivation and poor eating, and possibly insufficient bankroll for the stakes being played. If your opponents are approximately as good as you, you are at a disadvantage if you play to the point of exhaustion.
Best results are obtained by having a balanced life. It usually includes: - Some regular physical activity, nutrition and sleep. - Social interaction with people (chatting during poker does not count) - Some creative endeavor (writing, programming, art, constructing something, etc.) - Playing Poker |
