well sometimes families can't afford gifts sponger. if that were the case, it'd be like ok well thats fine obv. here, its just a lack of thoughtfulness.

My mom didn't lose her eye. We'll open presents and stuff within the next couple days after she gets out of the hospital.

Coolest thing I got was a car safety kit (flashlight, battery charger, toolkit, etc). Besides the fact that I can now post on the flashlight forum, as CMI pointed out to me, it also means that when I get a car I will be really safe. I haven't had a car in four years.

Sublime box set (soooo excited)
Oral B Sonic Complete toothbrush

These are all the things I asked for. I thought I'd only get the toothbrush. But my mom LOVES ebay.

Also got a really pretty tanzanite bracelet and necklace that should have cost upwards of $1500 but my Mom is the supreme bargain hunter. Also scored a coach purse because my sister didnt like it.
