First of all, you should cap pre-flop.

Now I would fold to flop bet,SB may have 99-KK or AJ-AK. MP most likely holds small pocket pair or maybe is slowplaying A. Without reads it is hard to continue.

i fold this one. its a very dry board, you are facing a c-bet AND a caller. what could he call with?

but preflop i cap it. youre in position and you should charge the limpers. if sb hasnt got a bigger pocket pair, you have an incredible high equity.
if this flop is checked to you after the cap, i bet it all the time calling a raise and mostly fold the turn UI. but as you are the aggressor you might get better hands to fold.
