Default Have not made a decision looking for advice

I have not made a decision yet so I come here looking for advice from anyone willing to give it. I admit it I went nuts. I found my husbands online poker account and went crazy with blackjack. I lost 3k. I am done with gambling on line I dont think I can control myself. Here is my delemia.... I had 1k left in the account and I tried to withdraw it. I got a message from the account that since this was my husbands account they will not release my money unless I send a picture of every credit card I used (front and back) My drive's licence (front and back) and bank statemtns from each credit card. Maybe this is fair and normal. I dont like it! They had no problem taking my money and no problem haveing me loose 37 black jack hands in a row. I just wanted my money that is left however I think they want my left over money too. My thought is why not dispute the charges (on my credit card) saying the merchant will not give me back my money that is mine. I have spent about 4 hours on line doing research on line about this and I dont know what the best thing to do is. Again, I have not made up my mind I was planning on paying my debt and just taking my left over however them holding my money hostage and asking for what I consider very unresonable demands has got me upset. Thanks for listening to me ramble.

Why don't they just release the money in your account? Because they know people like you lose money and then dispute the charges. They're not about to take recently deposited money, give it back to you and then take a charge back.

Ive disputed charges with a gambling site and my bank backed me up all the way. I told them that the charges were not made by myself and they were back in my account within three weeks. The gamblinbg site will try and pursue this but just tell them your card was stollen they cant do very much.

I am not going to lie. I just feel frustrated. I have no idea how they dont know it was my husband playing but I assume the problem is that it was my credit card that was used. I just feel frustraded they had no problem letting me deposit but then they have "rules" for the withdrawal. My husband is really against me disputing anything because the account is in his name. I guess I came on here hoping several would tell me how aweful the online gambing sites are and they are so in the wrong and I am in the right so I could tell my husband that people agreed with me. I guess I give them all of my personal info pay them and move on. Just doesnt feel right. But, I guess that is why I shouldnt have done it in the first place. Again, I admit I went nuts and I was wrong. I have not made a decision I came on for advice for those who whish to give it. Calling me names is not so helpful.

Their demands are reasonable.

Uh, because that would make you a bad person?

I was prepared to feel sorry for you because I know that gambling addiction can be a serious affliction. You relieved me of that emotional burden by your easy willingness to being a fraud, crossing the line from mere addict to degenerate scumbag.

If you were playing on Ultimate Bet I think I would not blame you, if you did what are thinking about doing... or at least try. (If you were playing on a decent site, don't do anything dishonest)
Their crappy software with cards not showing, no timebank showing... noone can blame you for going nuts while playing on that site. (basic insanity defense)

Please do report back here... PLZ
