there are 64 paid and 70 left.i have an above average stack of 44000 and i find 99 in the small bling.it is my third hand in the table.big bling has me covered.blinds 800-1600.i raise to 4800 and he puts me all in.call or fold.

Depends on a lot of things, how has he been playing up untill now. But taking into consideration you have an above average stack then i would have to say why gamble? granted you'll have to at some stage but i dont think this is the spot. At best he has AK,AQ. Dont take the risk. Fold and wait for a better spot.
