Help: Bust Hand From Daily Double

This is the hand I busted on in one of daily doubles on FTP. The villain was playing loose/passive, and stabbing at a lot of flops. After I floated his flop bet, I decided that if he bet between $150-$400 on the turn I was check raising because he probably would NOT bet a strong hand this way. Heres the hand:

Not a big fan of the float on the flop. I like a bet/fold. Your turn raise needs to be bigger here, are you trying to rep a 2?

I've busted out of so many tournaments/cash games making needless bluffs like this. I have a bad habit of always thinking other people are bluffing me. Its the single biggest leak in my game and i struggle with it every day. I now try to contain my floating to calling a normal sized bet on the flop and then betting if checked to on the turn. other then that if i got nothing and they bet i shut down.

there is no better way to make yourself feel like a donk then pushing all-in with nothing and getting called.
