Default Viewing Ultimatebet Hand Histories during Play

I don't seem to be able to view Ultimatebet hand histories while I play. Specifically, when I try to open a hand history for a table I'm playing on, it tells me that the file is being used by another process (presumably by UB). This is preventing me from auto-importing into Poker Tracker while I play, and so I cannot use a HUD. Anyone else experience this, and perhaps know a workaround?

UB locks the file to prevent other software from accessing the file. No work-around. Complain to UB Customer Support is the only way to get it fixed.

You'll be lucky if they fix it sometime in the next 2 years.
