Need VB hand history import script or 2-7 triple draw tool

Has anyone written a Visual Basic routine in Access or Excel to import hand histories from any site they'd be willing to share? I'm just looking for something to start with rather than starting from scratch. I'm not a developer, and am just looking to develop something for personal use on 2-7 triple draw hand histories. Any help would be appreciated.

I just started playing some 2-7 and was thinking something like this too. Some very simple PokerTracker kind of thing, just to see a simple BB/100 and VPIP from different positions.

IF (and that's a big IF!) I do this, it won't be an Excel thing though...
