Very weird.

I think you have to do this, but just be aware how incredibly marginal it is.

You think he ever c/c's flop with AK? What about K4s?

I really don't know what else to say.

[/ QUOTE ]

he might c/c AK, except i almost expect him to c/r it. K4 is a possibility as well i guess.

K4s is seriously the only hand that makes any sense at all, everything else is terribly played and so therefore a crapshoot whether he's taking a retarded line with a hand better than yours or a retarded line with a hand worse than yours.

What about TT? I don't know Lord Hutty but I think a lot of donks would slowplay their set on the flop and then lead out when the flush card comes to make you pay if you have a diamond.

Generally when someone puts Villain's username in the title, it's not because they're a random donk.

And checking TT on this flop is a level of retardation that I don't think anyone who has posted even thinks is worth discussing.

checking TT = not retarded imo. top set on the flop, only 4x pot to play for against an aggressive player, seems fine to me.

I agree.

I don't see why nobody's mentioned that he could have [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img][img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] here. This isn't a great way to play it, but people def take this line with that.

blah nvm, i thought your stack was effective stacks

still think it's dumb though, and stacks are good for 3betting a decent FD with overcard and/or backdoor draw on flop

lol just bc he's known doesn't mean he's incapable of misplaying a hand here and there. I agree, checking a set isn't optimal here, but trust me it's possible.
